The glass demonstration in the workshop is well worth watching.

Fantastic visit, we booked the demonstration and it was fascinating. Very skilled and loyal staff, very friendly welcome. The shop is amazing and I could have spent a small fortune (if only) but came away with a beautiful owl, snowman and pumpkin. Will definitely be back...would love to do the half or maybe full day experience. If you're in Fakenham a visit to Langham is a must.

Great fun watching the glass making and letting our children have a go. It was the perfect length to keep it interesting and just enough interaction with the family. We had the added bonus of being the only 4 people in the room at the time which helped.

Great selection in the shop and loved the messed up glass objects for sale

We were driving to another place when we saw the sign for Langham Glass.
Not knowing what to expect from it, we decided to stop on the way back!
It was certainly worth it, their shop is amazing!
And they offered demonstration of Glass Blowing with also the option to try it for ourselves.
That week, they didn’t have any demonstration planned, but we decided to book it for the following week (which was last Saturday).
Note that you have to book the demonstration online, then on the day, arrive 30 minutes earlier to organise your own blowing experience if interested, which I would recommend!
Prices vary from £3.50 to blow a bubble, to under £25 (if I remember correctly the prices).
The person doing the presentation, has certainly great knowledge and the whole staff were really friendly and helpful!
I'm wheelchair bound so I couldn't blow into the mold, but I could still blow a bauble with looks amazing! 😊
Note that the glass you make is ready for collection the next day as it needs to cool off first, or they can post it to you.

Hint: before blowing whatever you chose to, go to the trays on the right, with the colours, and arrange the pieces into a pattern as it will give even more uniqueness to your glass object!

If, like me, you're in a wheelchair, don't be put off by it as you can still do the experience like blowing a bauble!

We're now considering booking a class (half day at £175).

Amazing experience, we visited on Tuesday 21st Jan 25, we bought some bits in the shop but also went through the glass making exhibition. Chris and John were really informative and answered the questions we had. We paid to make our own glass pieces. As we were at the start of our holiday, we were able to pop back in to collect rather than have the pieces sent to us. We also got more marbles. Would definitely recommend. The experience room was cooled enough that the extreme heats from the working forges were not really felt.

Highly recommend the glass making course. We did a half day making paperweights and bowls. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We went on a hot day and it still wasn't too hot in the factory area, we were offered drinks several times. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

wonderfull 45 minutes of great skill in making 3 different objects , so friendly too, sounds came through great and it was all explained so well, the history, the process, how the small team work so well in a small space,
it was almost like theatre.
tre watching wonderfull things come being made in front of your eyes.
we chose to watch only and not get involved but could have done.

On our visit we went to the glass blowing demonstration. This was very interesting and the demonstrators make it look so easy but it had taken them a lot of years to learn. You got the opportunity to have a go yourself but we did not. The shop had some beautiful glass on show which of course is hard to resist.
