Lovely Post Office. Nice building and beautiful display. Feel COVID safe all the way! Unfortunately I didn't find one of the staff friendly. She was polite enaugh to be rude. I was going to buy 2 cards as well but changed my mind. If I will ever be in need to use that Post Office again I would very much like to receive different customer service. You are not helpful at all. You can provide great service and be kind and friendly at the same time!

Don't know what to say it's the same as most Post Offices although when I did ask for some Sellotape to stick the label on they wouldn't give me a little bit I have to buy a role which is ok as I was running low but you would think that they would have a role spare to help customers so it can lose half a star for that

Regularly use our Local Post Office. Have never had anything less than polite, efficient and friendly service. Popped in today, and although not urgent was dealt with in the same way. Well done you all, stay safe & keep it up.

Went in on 5th of December and got the best service ever. I had to change my car tax class from disabled back to normal due to a pip problem, I am disabled and have to hold onto the counter so the kind lady filled in the form for me and I just had to tick and sign. Many thanks I will not forget this lady and her great service. She is a credit to the post office.

Poor attitude!
Wouldn't give me a little bit of sellotape to stick my package (only needed about 10cm) even though I asked nicely .. Made me buy a whole roll.
So I left the rest of it there with them for the next person in need so they don't get their leg lifted too! But I suspect they'll put a new price label on it and sell it again judging by their attitude and the poor selection of tat they had on sale there. This is why I usually use MyHermes; much better service, for better price, in better shops at better locations. Good luck the Post Offices, you'll need it now you are up against real businesses, as it is clear your management haven't a clue.

Very friendly staff, always polite and welcoming, inside is very pleasant with things to look at and some nice gifts. I stopped going to my bank altogether knowing they can do everything I need at the post office and I don't have to queue in a void of nothingness (looking at you Barclays).
