Post office is located at very convenient premises. Good and friendly customer services. The young lad at counter (South American) is my favourite. They have wide range of cards and envelopes available. They need to have more than one staff deployed at peak times because when it gets busy, waiting time increases and its not fair on the only one employee to deal with all queries.

I have always used this post office since other post offices are a long walk, but the guy joffre is really rude at times he doesnt give a nice answer his so scary that before you step into the post office you wonder what to do. He needs retraining

Had my parcel re-directed to this post office, so that I could collect it at my convenience. When I arrived I was served by a foreign lady, whom I showed my driving licence with both names and my address on it. She said my parcel wasn't there even though it had been confirmed recieved 2 days prior. I then had to go to the sorting office around the corner where a very kind member of staff printed the tracking details for me and confirmed that my parcel was at the post office.

When I returned to the post office and showed the lady this information she tried to blame me that both of my names weren't on the parcel, even though when you check someone's ID you should confirm Both names and the address on the parcel.

I would avoid having parcels sent to this post office for the reason that they do not check ID properly and are too lazy to read.

Great service, lovely staff not sure what others have experienced in this post office but as a regular customer the staff (ALL the staff) are nothing but polite and work to there best ability.

Horrible rude man with glasses no customer service skills at all. No please or thank you , south american guy who think he's still in South America. This guy needs to be dissmised post office take a look how many bad reviews he got. This is with the reason and it's not racist as I am foreign person too.
The guy needs training for sure post office in UK use to be good long time ago when British people use to work there with comunicatoon skills. Now is a place to avoid. First time in 20 years post office staff was not interested to help me with my application. And that's that rude, arogant little blind man
