Giza is amazing she knows exactly how a post office should be run. She always looks after you and always has a smile. She works hard for a lady who works on her own all the time. Would recommend here for any local needs

The lady that works in the post office wow!! Couldn’t be more helpful.
I haven’t use a post office in a long time, she was great patient, polite and help me step by step.
I have told all my friends if they need to post anything go here.

Staff are friendly, efficient and know many of their customers by name. There is a terrific variety of cards, papers, magazines and various packaging items. In addition ‘The Posthouse’ has an impressive range (from traditional to quirky) of very good quality gift items for all ages. The buyer seems to have a tastefully eclectic eye and is clearly keen to promote some locally as well as ethically sourced items. The scrumptious locally made jam, sold for charity, and crisp naturally scented candles are personal favourites. Definitely worth a browse.

My Postie Dave is phenomenal. Always goes out of his way to help the customer and will often pop by on his way back to the delivery office to try and leave parcels that people weren't home for earlier in the day. Absolute gem of a postie and I'm forever grateful for the service.

My experience with this post office could not be any better! The lady who works at the counter is very professional, friendly and so so helpful! Always recommend it to the friends and family! Definitely an asset to the Lechlade community.

Can't recommend. Used to be good until recent change of staff so presumably that's the issue.

My parcels to be sent Parcelforce were just stored here, I had to return to post office as there was no tracking information coming up and the guy was no help at all. Had to go direct to parcelforce and complained there.

Absolutely dire. We're going to lose it - not because there isn't a need for it, but because they can't be bothered to open.

Highworth and Fairford both have thriving Post Offices, the latter having branched out into a nice cafe and other amenities.

They started closing on Saturday (when anyone who isn't at work needs it) months ago. And now, having placed an online currency order to collect after 1pm I've gone along at 1.35pm only to discover they can't be bothered to open in the afternoons either now. Luckily I can collect tomorrow, but what if I needed it?

We get told to use local amenities or risk losing them. How can I if they're shut?! These people seem to be running this is some kind of hobby not a business.

This little Country Post Office has been revamped with new staff who are always very helpful and professional. I have used this Post Office for Parcels, Stamps & Foreign Currency and always receive excellent service with a smile. Thank you.
