A walk down by the river is perfect. There’s lots to see with benches placed along the riverside to take a break and watch the boats, pedalos and cows! Fantastic for dog walking. You can have a nice short walk or you can go for miles

I found this carpark good to use but there wasn't a ticket machine that I could find. This isn't a problem if you have the Ringo app which is really easy to use when you have the app. The only thing is I'm on EE and had very poor signal so it took ages to load!

The carpark is a good size with an overflow section. It's only £6 for 24hrs.
Handy for the Thames path as you can walk 5 minutes through the park to get to the path.

It is OK for a walk with your family or your dog, in the same time investment needs to be done, prices are a bit higher for a parking space in the field but happy for the shade from the trees.

This used to be a great place to go for a family picnics ,hang out go for a swim in the river messing around in boats.
Now the car park is only a part of the field the rest is overgrown and un kept by the river is a disgrace No swimming no boat launching sign
Open the field fully cut the grass make a boat launch and more people will come and that will pay for it all and more

Lovely little town on the River Thames. This is "Halfpenny Bridge" over the Thames. Plenty of nearby walks - Thames Path runs alongside the river here. Pity about the amount of traffic and the size of some of the trucks going through here!

DO NOT PARK HERE! The car park is a trap, they will thieve your money and do not deserve a penny! I have parked here a number of times paying via the coin machine, the first time I use the parking app they hit me with a penalty. The parking app has the worst rating I've ever seen on Trustpilot, it does not work, there are countless reviews for this car park advising the issues yet Minster Baywatch couldn't care less and continue to use the app to scam good people out of pocket! Disgusting and creating a bad rep for such a lovely local area!

Scam company. Avoid at all costs. They have ANPR camera as you drive in & you have 10 mins to pay after entering (like many car parks).
HOWEVER phone signal is often bad so Ringo App took a while to process the transaction, then I got a £100 ticket in the post for overstaying their "grace period"....by 3 minutes!!!!! Shame as Lechlade is nice town but will avoid in future as the car park is a scam. Will never use it again.
