I recently used Lee Anderson Property as my agents for the sale of a house that I had previously been renting out.

From start to finish they were diligent, enthusiastic and approachable. House sales never are completely straightforward but in this case some really unexpected and troublesome problems cropped up, which could easily have scuppered the sale entirely. Fortunately, Rebecca in the office was never daunted: she worked tirelessly to come up with solutions each time, until we had a successful outcome. She and Lee kept me and my buyers fully informed at every stage. They liaised very well with the solicitors involved, and they always answered my queries promptly and reassuringly.

I have no hesitation in recommending them. I shall definitely use them again for any future house sales.

Contacted Lee about a property I would like to put on the market had a response straight away he helped me at every turn and really drove the property to get its values worth great with communication.
