Great phone service promptly answered phone kayleigh was very helpful solved my problem and was very caring and communicated excellent well done keep it up kayleigh Hulbert in the Southampton office thank you

I took a friend into the Halifax Branch as he had recently moved to the Halifax area and the service was gold-plated. Absolutely brilliant. Can I give some more stars?

Not as good as it was, staff don't seem as customer service focused as they used to be. Often only one person on the counter with other staff in the background even when people are waiting. Will personally use the Huddersfield branch when possible.
