The service my partner and I received was absolutely exceptional. All of my requests were accommodated by the hotel reservations team. We were given a larger, higher quality executive room, for no extra cost. The bed was super large and very comfortable. My partner received a cute bday cake and a bottle of red wine waiting for him in our room. The view I asked for was met and was absolutely stunning. They really went above and beyond for us. The spa downstairs was also great. The spa has a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a massive pool. Very relaxing environment. Loved it. My partner had a beautiful day and felt so special and cared for. We can not thank the hotel staff enough. Well done!

The lobby is nicely decorated and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are a bit dated, the bathroom had some stains (not the type that result from a lack of cleaning, but the type that inevitably show up in bathrooms that have been in use for long time), the coasters were worn and look like they haven't been replaced in a long time etc. Elevators look old. I think the hotel tries to give an air of "luxury" in its styling and branding (i.e. you can pay for an upgrade where you get champagne upon checking in) but it's very surface level and self-contradictory; i.e. they have a nifty digital system for indicating whether the room should be cleaned, but the control panel itself was loosely installed.||The thing that most negatively impacted our stay, however, is that we didn't want to run the heating in our room because whenever we did we would smell cigarette smoke coming in through the vents, so we were colder than we would have liked to be.||We were only there for 2 nights so it was fine as a place to sleep, but I'm not sure that I would book again. Advice to management would be to let go of the faux "lux" branding approach and just focus on delivering the basics of a comfortable stay: a clean, comfortable room, and then update older fixtures if they have the budget.

We enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge Hotel. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the hotel allowed us to book in earlier than usual for a £40 fee, which was really helpful. We could drop our bags, take a shower and make the most of our day instead of wait around for check-in time. The room was clean and well appointed, with a complimentary coffee machine, teas, still and sparkling water, and even shortbread cookies. The room had a bath and shower with multiple heads. The one weird thing was that the mini fridge/bar was locked and we could only get it unlocked by going down to reception again and placing a credit card on file. It seems like it might be a better business practice to do that upfront and keep the mini fridge open for guests to consume (and pay for) whatever is inside. Maybe it is not that big of a revenue stream so they are just keeping it locked. The spa was great and we managed to get some nice hot stone massages to unwind from the flight. One drawback was that a lot of hotel guests use the pool situated next to the spa, so the restroom floors were always wet. But that was expected from such a busy hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it for those who want to be close to Tower Bridge or the financial district.

This spot is close to almost everywhere. Our room is cleaned and organized everyday. The breakfast menu is superb. All staff provided a great service. Arnel is one our guy that likes to help and provide you with some funny jokes. I will defenitely come back in this hotel. It feels like your home.

I was there for a work function. The food was tasty, but the steak was very chewy. The desserts were lovely. The room for our away day was laid out quite well. we were provided with pens and pads. There was a stage and two screens we could see all the presentations. The facilities were well laid out with paper towels and dryers. The toilets were clean. At the time, they were putting up the Christmas decorations. The receptionists were helpful and polite.
