We had an okay 6 years renting a property through letters, they were helpful when Required, but the landlord wasn’t a nice person. We were served our notice as landlord was selling the house. Lost half our deposit. Charged £40 to put up some shelves back up which we took down but kept, charged £40 to wipe dirty shirting boards. £10 for a missing lampshade £50 for 2 bent curtain poles and £25 to repaint a chipped radiator, we contested some of the costs but there was no reasoning. We would rent through them again but not the landlord.

After nearly 8 years was given notice to quit Property had damp; Roof leaks which were unattended to .No decorating either inside or outside carried out .Carpets were light beige and weren't new at commencement of tenancy.They then had the audacity to charge for deep cleaning. The carpets were subject to very light usage and weren't dirty .In addition the shower was out of use for nearly 18 months .Over the tenancy period I carried out numerous repairs including lock replacement due to jamming ,Tap re sealing,Blocked drains on numerous occasions due to undersized.All at my own time and expense.Not a pleasant experience and expected better after spending Over £50K in rent .Letters Staff should bow their heads in shame

Rob and the team were fantastic. From beginning to end they were communicative and helpful. Rob was professional and managed to get our house on the market and sold quickly. We received updates regularly and they made every effort to chase the other parties for updates their end too. Without Rob and the team, we probably wouldn’t be writing this review in our new house. There were many times where the other parties were not very helpful, but Rob was committed in providing us the best service and we can’t thank him enough.
