This is not aimed at the staff at Letting Angels. I lived in a house rented by these guys for two years. When we browsed the property originally there had been a leak in the bathroom which led to damp and the front room roof drooping because of the water. They insisted it would be fixed by the time we move in, it wasn't. It took about 3 weeks after us moving in before someone coming out and doing the job but the roof was still leaking for our showers. The "workmen" they use for any job we got round which included the roof, bath (still leaking) after 4 visits, kitchen sink leaking (two visits for this one) are absolute cowboys. Just shoddy botch jobs that don't last a few weeks. I had to personally sort the leaking bath out myself with some plumbers putty which made round the bath damp and dirty all the time. Removal of the plumbers putty still makes the bath leak... The company Letting Angels are not too bad themselves and with any visits to the house they had they were fine, however use WhatsApp for every sort of communication which in my personal opinion is highly unprofessional but the companies they used for the fixes in the house were absolutely horrific with cheap fixes.

Absolute waste of time. I booked to go see a GROUND FLOOR FLAT and when the viewing day arrived I ended up being shown an UPSTAIRS FLAT that LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON RIGHTMOVE.
