Very grateful for my stay and glad I was able to stay as long as I did. I could only book so many days and had to keep checking in. The front desk was great in helping me out.

The room was fine. Lots of closet space and shelves. No shortage of hot water. Jack n Jill kitchen with single cup coffee maker but you could stop by reception and get a cup there also. No AC, there is a fan in the back of the closet if it gets stuffy.

Room service is required every 2 days. Laundry room available.

*You don't need orders to book. As soon as you know, reserve. There's no penalty to cancel.

I have had three cockroaches in my room (not the small ones) thus far and I have barely been here over a week. Bro. I'm about to buy some raid at the BX or something at this point.

If you love 0 wifi connection, intermittent hot water, shower heads that flood the bathroom, bathroom vents that scream at you, towels that are about as soft as grit paper, solid white tap water, horribly placed inconvenient outlets, 20 year old TVs, and no room heating options available, youโ€™ll love this place!
I donโ€™t know how Air Force Inns still exist. This is the single worst lodging experience I have had in years. Canโ€™t believe Iโ€™m being robbed blind to live in this squalor.

From day 1 the water pressure was nothing more than a drip making it impossible to use. After complaining for 2 days the water went completely out overnight and we were told to go shower at the gym on base which is not open 24/7 unless you have special access. We were then offered an upgrade to a room with a kitchen and told that we would be charged extra for that room even though our original room was not functional for multiple days. This is completely unacceptable and should not be on the visitor to pay extra because RAF Lakenheath canโ€™t keep up with their own facilities. I would recommend anyone to stay off base if feasible to avoid a horrible stay here on RAF Lakenheath.

Overall, it is a nice place to live, minir complaint,my radiator in my room is stuck on, I keep my window open to compensate. And my largest jssue is the internet, I do not know why, but both of my Windows computers will not connect to the wifi at all, one is new with a fresh windows install, but both fail to connect.

Our pet room was outfitted with crate, food and water bowls for our dog when we arrived. It also had a highchair and packnplay because they knew we had a baby with us. The whole setup was wonderful and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. The good snacks are in the business center if you are looking and although they cost money, printing is free. So glad we were able to stay until we moved into our new rental.

This place is a total sham! $150 a night to stay in an outdated, run-down, inefficient building. I stayed with three colleagues and the range of issues we experienced ran from freezing cold rooms to toilets that wouldn't flush, to one room losing electrical power for the day.

The staff was amazingly professional and incredibly friendly. If it wasn't for that, this would be a 1-star review.

If you can avoid this place at all, I highly recommend that you do.
