I’ve been trying to get life insurance sorted for months.

After having a stroke a few years ago at the age of 21 because of a bad knock during a football match, nobody at all would even consider insuring me - even though doctors have said it will never happen again.

Fuse took my details - ran through all the info and then told me they’d call me back once they'd sorted it out.

Sure enough, 40 minutes later I get a call and the insurance has been accepted - at a great price.

I have been waiting for 7 months before writing this comment, hoping that someone would finally get back to me.
Fuse Assurance and the CEO Jamie Munro owe me 1250 euros for the past 6 months. Him and his team never reply to me, I just started to take legal action against them.
It appears as well that many reviews are FAKE.
This company is a big scam !

Dodgy company stay away, you can get a better deal/cover by contacting the companies directly.. Look at the other fuse companies they haven't stayed in business long and they're after a quick profit and turn around. Check out the directors James Harrop and Jamie Munro snide to say the least. Also heard they don't like paying their sales people commission and salary either while they are driving prestigious cars. They sell by fear and verbal bullying. AVOID

My husband and I have recently taken out life insurance with this company and my experience has been excellent, the staff were very professional and knowledgeable and reassured myself with the product I was buying into which in turn has given me and my family piece of mind. Hi All,

Please note this company is a scam and mis sold policies. please be very careful before buying any policy from them. Zero customer service and no after sale response.
I have very bad experience with Suzanne and Donald Garner with wrong information provided and now none of them replying my queries.
Not recommended at all in any senior.

Be very careful of this crooked company, they use cold callers to snare you then pass you through to so called financial advisors who have no knowledge of finance whatsoever.
