I called life search to make a general enquiry but the broker was so pushy and didn't really give me a chance to stop the sale of the policy. I ended up buying a policy that I wasn't happy with and he knew this because he kept saying 'you have 30 days to cancel'. So the next day I called up to cancel and a different person managed to talk me out of cancelling. I'm not a pushover, but these guys are so forceful, pushy and manage to twist my words. I now will need to contact the insurance company directly to cancel.

Had an unsolicited call from this company, I politely said I wasn’t interested, very shocked at the aggressive sales approach. Almost emotionally blackmailing me “well, if you don’t care that your children may not be protected then …”. Appalled that these companies are allowed to operate.

I recently started a life insurance policy and contacted LifeSearch for help. They were so helpful. They take a lot of the work out of it for you. They search for the best deals and include companies that may not be a part of online comparison results. They give free advice and are a neutral body that don't give any sales pressure whatsoever. It was great talking to them over the phone as life insurance can be a complicated and delicate subject. They were excellent at helping me out. I highly recommend them.

Had a call from Sarah today, literally minutes after completing an online form. Some might say harassment, i say professional and proactive. Don't fill out an online form if you don't want the service, answer your phone if they call, make an informed decision if it's right for you, and be clear if it's not. Sarah was doing her job and was pretty good at it. I'll be deciding in the next few days if we go with her recommendation.

They don't give up won’t stop spam calling.

1st yes, I did enquire about life insurance on a comparison site. Then they started calling so I said I will be happy to talk to you when I'm not working please call me back after X and I will be free.... .. . well they didn't call then but have presided to spam call me from different numbers multiple times during the day when I'm working since this started I have spoken to then twice told them please call me when I'm not working during X to X time and stop spamming me but that's not worked now I'm just reporting every call and spam to Vodafone and now I have decided to review because it’s starting to annoy me.

Won’t be using them regardless of if they could get me a better deal going to try and get my number removed from there SPAM call list or just change number whichever is easier.

Great experience from Paul J . Was patient with us from the beginning to the end despite a few delays which mean he waited for a couple of months until we could sign up. Always kept in contact and any queries after we signed up he worked quickly to get the responses we needed. I would highly recommend.
