Very happy with the service I received but definitely don’t agree with a traders policy that want let you up date a car on the MID policy when the vehicle still has Previous insurance on the vehicle from last owner that’s down to them to remove it not me I literally couldn’t add a little 1.3 diesel corsa to my trader policy because the previous owner hadn’t took his insurance off the car absolutely ridiculous in my opinion

Not recommended. Highly unprofessional customer service, all sounds great at selling point, once you paid, all additional charges occur and you either agree on them or will be charged for policy cancellation. And yes i know, most brokers are like this, NO, we have been in trade for years and by far Lifestyle Insurance Brokers are worst experience so far.

Keep away from lifestyle insurance Brooker I took out car trade insurance 2 days later I called to cancel it because I got alot cheaper quote . First there said don't get 14 day cooling period .when I said ill get solicitor involved then there cancelled it and charged me over £700 for 2 day cover that's ridiculous. .I paid just over £2500.i got back £1780 . Keep away !!! And it took 2 weeks to get money back in my account .
Total rip off merchants.yes u do have my record under mobile auto Electrics bradford.. I can put upload my policy details

Do not use!!!! Constant lies back and forwards about refunds, took my money 7 days after cancellation and then been told that I have to wait til the end of the following month to get my money back. Terrible service, never again!!
