They fixed my ipad and the apple pencil stopped working properly on the screen, also the charging point for the apple pencil was not working anymore.

I decided to just leave it as that, after a few months i lost my phone and they asked me for a ridicules amount of information, rejecting all the documentation sent, and explaining bit by bit but on different emails what they really wanted.

I felt like they get annoyed when dealing with the customer, beware that they end up requesting: proof of usage, proof on Barring both based on the imei number and not the sim card, proof of circumstances ( bank statements), to report it through some website and to get the report and send it to them, and proof of lost mode on icloud) they ask for a lot hell of information, I felt like a thief and a liar throughout the process of my claim.

I'm solely basing this review on barclays tech pac insurance with likewise. Barclays insurance has been perfect choice never had issues, lost my phone replace,broke my phone with in hours fixed I think this is with brightstart and some other insurance since the many years I had also ain't claimed in ateast 2 years and my money happily taken however bring forth this last month, a phone broke and my child lost a phone and guess what likewise have made it to hard so no claim can progress. They are being annoyingly slow and cumbersome. I have not yet spoke to customer service but all the past reviews have put me off and they have officially made e HATE BARCLAYS TECH PACKand they won't see another penny once my claims are complete cuzz I will be closing the account. Soo barclays you lost a good customer change your provider Likewise are not right fit.

Been paying for this claim for years, first claim they took 8 moths to sort out with fixing and eventually they replaced the phone after trying replace the "THE BATTERY" second claim its been 3 months and I am still waiting on replacement for a handset the got stolen. Dont waste your money with them, if you can go elsewhere. I will. be cancelling my policy with Barclays after this

Easily one of the worst companies ove ever dealt with and if I could give zero stars I would!

Picture this: First had to claim for my wife's phone, they sent a damaged phone that didn't work properly. I thought hmm mistakes get made, so be it we move on after they send her a proper replacement.

Fast forward to myself needing a replacement, they sent me the model below the one insured in a box labelled the correct model (clearly hoping I wouldn't notice)

Then when I bring this to their attention and express the fact that I am now in desperate need for the correct phone to be sent out as I'm going away the next day. They offer to send the 2nd replacement phone out on a pre 12 delivery service.

It gets to 10 o'clock, I have no correspondence from Dpd so I call to find out what's happening and they tell me its will be delivered around 4pm which is well after the time I will be leaving.

All I ask is not to be lied to , why tell me that you can do this service and then tell me its not gone out on the correct service?

Shambolic.

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! EVER!!

Stay way from this company is the worse insurance ever,I lost my iPhone 15 pro max since 25 of august and till now I haven’t had my replacement iPhone ,I send them proof of my provider which they blacked and still they don’t accept it,because I can’t put in lost mode ,I can’t put it in lost mode!I did send them my iCloud and password so they can verify still didn’t finde any help,I’ve been paying this insurance for longe time now and didn’t get the replacement iPhone !don’t spend money on this insurance !!!!! Not helpful at all,as I told them I’m having disability I don’t understand too much from technology I send them and prop of medicine they still don’t care!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER
MASSIVE SCAM

My wife and I have been paying into the device protection now for 2 years.... 2 years for my phone, her phone, and our 2 kids.....

My phone (S20 FE #1) was damaged before the end of 2023, and we filed to get a replacement phone in December 2023...... then was turned down as they didn't like our address. It took till the middle of February to finally get a replacement (S20 FE #2). On trying to start up the phone, it would power on then power off and would continue this pattern till the battery was depleted.

It took another 2 weeks to get that problem sorted out and receive another replacement...... only to find out that the phone was not properly reset and required the previous email or phone number.

I have just been informed I will have to wait an additional 3-5 days to see if they will accept that they sent put yet another phone that won't work.

At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company to even my enemies

If i could id leave no stars,
They sent me an outdated version of my phone, that was not compatible with my sim , so they had to send another sim that was also not compatible , so ive been using a damaged phone that dosnt charge right for about a week now,
I asked for a refund and could not be given one now im going to be charged for not returing the old phone in the time frame given ,bc im using it even though the new one cant even be used !!!

Do not use natwest or barely as they use any excuse not to pay, pictures of box, who keeps boxes, prove of perchase only have emails, rejectwd wrong format, prove of usage why does it matter if I use ee or o2, sent email of prove with I'd of ownership still rented. Natwest will not pay out. Natwest platinum is a scam or likewise is a scam
