So, so rude. The staff seem to resent the prospect of being even slightly helpful or accommodating to their customers. I have no idea why they have this business if they hate serving people so much.

Do not use this shop. The staff are beyond rude. The lady at the post office wouldn't listen to me on the phone and hung up on me. Then wouldn't pick up the phone when all I was trying to do was ask a simple question.
