Lion and Castle and especially Jackie Freeman's service has been exceptional. My sister died suddenly and she was a client of Jackie, who managed her property block in Central Norwich.

She didn't have to do any of this in her role - but she nevertheless led us carefully through all of the property issues and then project managed the full renovation of the flat itself to bring it up to 2024 standards. Her skill, experience, willingness, availability, and general wisdom saved us a great deal of money as she thought ahead and negotiated the absolute best deal with all of the suppliers. The result of that is an excellent renovation that can be seen in the photos attached. She is extremely easy to work with.

I only have a business relationship with Jackie and almost never write reviews but good service should be recognised and utilised by her other clients.

Thank goodness for Jackie and her professional team!

I asked for a flat to be refurbished and brought to her attention repairs that I required carrying out. I received a quote and a timescale for the repairs.

The work was carried out to a very high standard in the time frame agreed and at the agreed price.

Needless to say I will be using Jackie and her company again.

They never answer their emails including Jackie - happy to let their tenants live in rodent infested buildings and do nothing about it.

Would not recommend to anyone. They would not take any accountability or responsibility. They do not answer any emails or your email communication apart from their estate fees.

Honestly not a good management company. My landlord says he has to increase my rent because they increased their management fee and I’ve seen little to no value add. Poor management, not effective or proactive about actually managing or helping residents

I have had persistent problems with my flat managed by this company under two names now and they are incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful
