Just a big thank you to the little lever post office. My auntie who lives in little lever got great help by a gentleman who works there. She was so delighted with the help she received.

Okay when there's staff on not one woman dealing with 30 people and they don't have any pens laying around so charge you 50P for one

Andi is exceptionally wonderful, she has gone above and beyond for myself and my family, especially when dealing with ludicrous rules around most incompetent government run departments. I look after my dad and she went out of her way to make sure he got the energy vouchers he was entitled to.

I only wish she ran the country!

Just wanted to say how lovely the lady in the post office was today with an elderly gentleman who seemed confused. She went out of her way to come from behind the counter to talk to him , she even gave him her teabags so he could have a cuppa when he got home xx above and beyond well done lovely lady xx Always very helpful with a smile

Worst person I’ve ever met works in here what a character she is, so arrogant and snotty, I went in to collect a parcel force parcel that failed delivery to my wife with my ID as it’s against the law for me to carry anyone else’s as that’s a form of fraud, only to be told by said woman that I have the wrong ID I tried to explain that no it was me in the picture and I don’t carry out fraudulent activities but she said the note is addressed to my wife not me. Instead of just explaining to me that it’s parcel forces policy which I found out on the phone to parcel force she gave me loads of abuse and the treatment I received from her was heart breaking if I could put an official complaint in about her i would, my wife has just gone to collect it 5 days after failed delivery and she has sent it back to the depo. How do people like that sleep at night? Certainly won’t be putting any money through parcel force or that post office in the future horrible people
