Crooks! This is a criminal organisation, they’ve deducted 50% of my last paycheck for “unexpected expenses from a client” without any explanation. They steal from you at every turn! Stay away from Amanda you will only get robbed! They’re being taken to court now.

Haven’t checked before but obviously most of these “reviews” were generated by AI.

Good afternoon, LKA Recruitment.

Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience seeking part-time work with you as a recruitment agency.

(Without naming) The manager, who was responsible for my role, came across very over assertive on the phone and by email. Email communication replies were very blunt, and when I asked why she was like this, her response was, "I have to be over assertive, I talk to a lot of people, and some individuals are foreign."

An apology about this and the missed emails would have been extremely helpful but were missed sadly on this occasion.

Having worked in recruitment myself, I know just how important it is to speak on the phone with a smile and to be helpful when replying to customers.

I'm very displeased and sad, considering I really wanted the roll, but I couldn't face the rudeness. No matter how many people you talk to daily on the phone, answer the phone with a smile and your be happy.

My experience with LKA has been first class. Have secured me work now since late December. Communication from Amanda has been excellent and she calls me every week to check my well-being and book me the next weeks work. Cannot recommended LKA highly enough - 5 stars.

Amanda and Morgan have always been available to answer any questions I might have. Always helpful and communication is great. Only one criticism as an Agency, other agencies actually pay holiday which you accrue through working hours and LKA don't, well not that I know of or been informed. Over all a fantastic bunch to work for.

Most organised and efficient company I have worked with! Amanda, Morgan and the team are brilliant due to easy communication and efficient processing of any requests, never no trouble with pay and always a joy to speak with! Definitely a better agency to work with compared to the other agencies, from what I've heard, so I highly recommend joining the firm, just pull your weight... Thanks guys, happiest I have ever been in a job, let's make more monies!!!
