The lady was working there was so rude, she even send me to my other bank to cash out money. Wish would be just unprofessional but she was even rude. Someone should fire her as look like I’m not the only one who is treated badly there!

Helpful staff and management this morning when doing a large bank transfer. I nearly went to another branch based on reviews here but I got excellent service and saw others and elderly people getting that too. I was around 25 mins here in total.

Tried to pay off some of my mortgage as I do not have an account with Lloyd’s I have to do it in cash or transfer . I needed a sort code . They spent a while getting through to the mortgage people so I could do a payment direct . So helpful would go there again if I have any issues . Thank you ladies you were so helpful and have managed to do the transfer rather then carry cash around .

The staff in this branch are appalling. Not helpful. Dont have a clue of what they are doing. Rude. No customer care. Stress out there customers and then sit there laughing at them behind the glass. The manager was laughing with her staff. The manager is also Incompetent and very unhelpful. I would review it a zero if I could.
