Not very ontop of keeping up with repairs.
I have had to involve the MP of Rochdale and Irwin Mitchell solicitors as LMS now want me out of the property I'm in and demanding to be paid arrears that don't exist and refuse to refund me the money for the things I have had to replace. Also LMS want me out one minute then next thing they want to "work things out" then they don't, then they do and so on..
I have depression, anxiety, panic attacks, blackouts, asthma, bad back, water on the knee... I feel that people should be aware of LMS..

I cannot fault LMS, I have been a tenant now for a little over a year and they have been unfailingly helpful and efficient, with issues being dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend to both landlords and tenants
