Was sending an international parcel at this post office.
I was shocked at the level of customer service.
The attitude of member of staff operating was dreadful. Was on the phone chatting the whole time, not concentrating on his job and was rude and talking abruptly.
Wanted me to sign the shipping slip without a pen and when I asked for a pen, he threw it across the counter at me.

Avoid this post office at all costs.

Was asking for a small envelope to be collected twice. First time we were given a time slot, 4 hours, 11.03 and 15.03,nobody came, we got an email to apologise, second time was arranged, same time slots, they came early 10.41,and gently knocked on our door, we have a camera it shows only a motion, we have a bloody bell it was not used, also we have a security place this was not checked. There service is useless 😑 absolutely!!!!!

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SENDING PARCELS! The guy behind the counter is very lazy and rude. Accept parcels but not given receipt, says “if you want to have recepit don’t coming here, go to big post office in the town. “ Why don't you close the shop and then you don’t need to serve customers.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Dirty, stinky and the staff attitude towards customer is just a complete disaster! I don't understand how a post office counter can exist in such a place at all!

Tried to send a parcel but was told it was too big. Checked post office website and parcelforce but both suggest my parcel should have been accepted. Looking at these reviews it seems the staff aren't really interested in operating a post office.

Just used this awful place for the second time. guy behind the counter miserable. told me he would only take 3 parcels next time and I had 7 ! what is a post office used for. DON'T use this place if you can help it, find another post office. He should be reported.

I walked a mile in the snow to post a parcel to a friend in need. I was greeted with "it's lunchtime love, Post Office closed" I explained that I'd come out for that reason only but although the shop was otherwise empty and it was just one small parcel he just kept repeating "we have to close, it's the rules! So rude and absolutely no customer consideration. Very short sighted for a small business. I certainly won't be back.

It was my second time when I went to this post office and and it was the second time where they treat me not kind. The lady who is working there should do different job because she doesn't know how to treat the people. Really bad experience with this place.
