In my recent visit to a Royal Mail service, I encountered an individual named Jen who was dressed in a Tesco blue uniform. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be quite unprofessional, as she seemed disinterested in interacting with customers. It's important for individuals in customer-facing roles to exhibit a more customer-friendly attitude, as this reflects on both Royal Mail and Tesco's services. I hope that Tesco can consider recruiting individuals who are better suited to provide a positive customer experience.

Closes at lunch - it doesn't say anywhere that they close over lunch or, what time they're shut. Wasted my lunch break trying to pick up a parcel, so hopefully can stop someone else doing the same

I don't know why people say this branch is closed all the time, it's always open during opening hours when I'm there and the staff are very helpful!
