Absolutely 5 star service, cannot recommend highly enough! I approached Lorraine after reading online reviews, and it was the best decision ever. She is calm, professional, reassuring and very responsive. Not only has she sorted out my tax affairs going back some years, I've just received a refund of over £1,300, something I did not expect at all! Lorraine simply took away all the worry and stress of dealing with HMRC, whilst keeping me informed as needed. I cannot praise her, and the service provided, enough - the only accountant I would now ever use.
