I honestly cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work by answering the many, many questions (whether it be a phone call, text message or email) that I had from the start of this year to completion in September.

Was recommended Sue by a friend of my so got in touch and was put in touch with Andy who is Sues son. Needed a BTL and a Residential, the residential was straight forward and obtained quickly, then this is where the fun started and Andy decided to go with Barclays. I had already spoke to Barclays who told me that I could not afford the BTL based on the fact they count the residential 100% my financial responsibility despite it being with my wife. But Andy insisted they were the ones to go for, I did ask for a provider who could do a remote valuation during covid19. Seven weeks later and many phone calls later Barclays said No, what a surprise not. Andy then became rude and tried to shift the blame onto me. I spoke with three other mortgage brokers who said they would never have gone with Barclays for the BTL and one within two weeks got me maximum LTV, physical survey with a major bank. This saved the onward purchase of mine and my wife’s dream house. Fast forward a few weeks Andy pocketed £1400 which he did not deserve and now Sue is insisting I pay the £99 fee for their services which they do not deserve for their sheer incompetence which funnily enough Sue said she oversaw! Avoid this company and the address for Viscount house is not their actual address check companies house should you need to write Sue any letters etc and any complaints against her son are not dealt with professionally but more personally. Save yourself the hassle and time and go with anyone else.
