They don’t deserve one star! LRC recently took over Bradstowe House in Harrow and have left the residents without anyway of contacting them, no one is at the office and the communal areas are dirty the bins have been collected and we are still having the pleasure of paying rent for this service.
What a terrible management company you will lose a lot of tenants!

I would like to express gratitude for the services I receive from this Group especially my building manager, Nicole Vacileva. Last week in an emergency situation with the electricity of my flat she sent an electrician within half hour to fix the problem and get my flat electricity back. Very pleasant and caring person. Keep up the good work Nicole.

A shockingly unprofessional company to deal with. Lack of communication, lack of accountability and no-one willing to take ownership of my complaint.
They have a portfolio of properties across the UK and Ireland, of which I was a tenant, in the South East of England.
Upon leaving the property in July this year, they failed to return my deposit, ignored emails, and I then discovered that they failed to secure my deposit in a protection scheme, which breaches the legislation set out in the Housing Act 2004.
I issued them with a county court claim and subsequently secured Judgment (CCJ) against their sister company, Wolverton Park Ltd.
As of today, I am still waiting for payment of the Judgment, despite providing the Head of Lettings, the Property Manager AND the company Accountant with the relevant payment details.
Not even so much as an apology.
Really poor handling of matters.
One star rating given as no stars wasn’t an option!!
