If I could give this company no stars I would.
They are an appalling company.
They don’t complete the maintenance that is stated in their contract and then refuse to return phone calls or answer letters about their poor service.
General maintenance such as cleaning, window cleaning, gutter clearing are not completed.
Health and safety issues which are raised are not addressed.
Very poor service.
Avoid at all costs.
After 6 months of unanswered phone calls and letters I have now been forced to report this company to trading standards.
