Thank you for the great service, had a tyre blow out, was stranded at the side of a grass embankment with lorries and cars flying past no hard shoulder. Lynn was amazing. I followed her instructions, called the police, and Lynn arranged for the recovery within a rapid 30 minutes. I was so scared about being rear ended, Lynn made me feel like I was a priority, and really helped me and was in constant telephone contact to check my safety and the police were in attendance and the recovery had arrived . Very grateful highly recommend Britannia Rescue. Brilliant staff and contractors. Thanks again Lynn!

Amazing service in Hampshire. Had to call them out twice. Always very quick to get to us. A human answers the phone when you ring and they rang us every half an hour for a 'welfare check.' We only waited 40minutes but still received two welfare checks. Both times it's been Ravenscroft doing the recovery and they have been brilliant too. Can't fault the service received.

Broke down on a French Motorway on my motorbike, and don't speak a dot of French. The gentleman that answered my call (Kaiden/Cayden) was so helpful and reassuring, and called back every half hour to make sure I was okay. When French police finally rescued me, Simon next answered my call and was as lovely as the gentleman before. I was then transferred to Optivan/European Assistance, but over the next few days a mixture of a language barrier and being new to the process lead to a lot of anxiety. Ross from Britannia rescue came to my rescue, explaining all that had happened/was happening, and spoke to Optivan for me for the information. We had a small chat after as I felt all my stress and anxiety melt away. These gentlemen are absolute credits to the company, and thanks to to the service I received I will definitely be renewing next year!

Absolutely first rate! I moved my wife and me to LV Britannia Rescue after absolutely appalling service from the AA. This is a breath of fresh air! The telephone operatives were so helpful and caring. The first I spoke to (sadly forgotten her name) was great at coming up with a plan and reassuring us that we would be sorted. The second one I spoke to (his name was Chris) regularly checked in with me to ensure that we were taken care of and did a great job of chasing the recovery services. Both callers were true professionals and conducted themselves impeccably. The subcontracted recovery services were all great. The operatives at Britannia Rescue formed a plan and a backup plan to get us and my car home, and they executed it exactly as they said they would. If you’re with the AA or the RAC, forget it! Go with LV Britannia Rescue. We’re very happy to have made it home in one evening after breaking down a long way from home, and whilst it sounds very corny of me to say it, even gladder that we chose to switch to LV Britannia Rescue; thank you!!

Today my Dad's car wouldn't start and he was due to take it in for MOT. We had a home start from Matthew who was a very kind man indeed. And when he saw that Dad (92yrs and asthmatic) would struggle to walk back from the garage on a cold day he dropped him back home. Even made sure he got back in the house safe while I was walking back. Cannot thank him enough for being such a nice bloke

Superb 'at home' service after an unrepairable tyre sidewall slash. Answered phone quickly, very friendly helpful team, provided tracking service for rescue truck and took me and my car to tyre fitters in no time, to get car back on the road within hours.

Big shout out to their contractors Reading and Wessex Recovery too, for their friendly driver.

Terrible experience. Delays, misinformation and miscommunication at every step of the way. Had to arrange our own repatriation from Europe and now chasing to try and get our car back after 3 weeks. No call back from the complaints department after 14 days. Apparently, they're 'very busy'.
