Currently using them to manage my rental properties and to say I am impressed is an understatement.

Thank you to the team, but specifically Zoe, she is the lady who I mostly deal with.

Where do I start...I suppose by warning you to avoid this company at all costs and on no account do you put your property with this company. Unfortunately, I had no choice as I bought into a leasehold property that had this company as the managing agents. To cut out a painfully long and drawn out story, my front door was vandalised in 2021…It is the managing agent’s responsibility to insure the premises for incidents such as this but for some reason refused to put in a claim. Eventually, after having to educate them, the claim was put in and was accepted. This is just the start of the uphill struggle with them. It is now some 9 months later and due to what I could only describe as a ‘lack of foresight’, I am still left with a broken front door and my tenants are living in an unsecure home. The next issue was when water started coming through my ceiling from the flat above, after lots of emails, multiple phone calls and many months later they have finally sourced their own tradesmen. When I went to check on the work, the water damage along with the stains were still visible. The infuriating part of this is that despite their offices being a 1-minute walk away, they couldn’t even be bothered to go and check to see if it had been completed to an acceptable standard. It seems to me that they really couldn’t care about their customer. The elderly lady that has been assigned to dealing with these issues has lied, proved to be incompetent, and hasn’t had the decency to apologise when she has made an obvious mistake. Ultimately, she has been the root of the problems and I do believe that there will be some good employees at this company who I can hopefully deal with moving forward, but just from her experience, I have to give the lowest rating possible.

F.A.O any readers, I have done everything I can to ensure that these issues get fixed ASAP and have gone out of my way to provide 2 quotes for the door issue as well as 1 for the painting job.
