We have used MAB for the second time on our new purchase after first using them in 2018. We truthfully can’t fault the level of service or the members of the team… they make a very stressful time, extremely easy. I would like to give a personal thank you to Susan Nesbitt who is an absolute joy to work with, over the years we have built a great relationship and I would recommend her to anyone. We managed to secure a great mortgage rate and receive an offer in just over a week which is remarkable considering the current climate and this is mainly down to Susan’s efficiency, dedication and sometimes remarkable work ethic, including 9/10pm finishes!! Brilliant service, we couldnt thank them enough for the continuous help and support that we received. They made our first move into our new home stress free as possible, nothing was ever to much to ask from them. We managed with the help of Mortgage Bureau to move during the pandemic. I would highly recommend Gemma Williams at MAB who patiently talked us through everything we needed to know about our mortgage and life protection policy. I can’t imagine having to navigate this ourselves. There seemed to be a large amount of information requested at what felt like the early stages of our purchase but this meant everything was in place when our property was complete making for a smooth and easy process when it was time to move house. MABs Sarah Lucas arranged our buildings and contents insurance getting us a fair deal, so we were fortunate to leave all aspects to the experts and they made sure we were covered for everything we needed. I can't rate mortgage highly enough. I have been in my new home for just over a week now, after going through more or less the usual process before Christmas to complete on the purchase. I was probably a difficult customer- changing not only the amount I wanted to borrow but also the actual property I wanted to take out a mortgage on - quite late in the process. But the mortgage bureau, in particular Mandy L who handled my case, provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced (and I work in customer service professionally). Certainly the mortgage bureau negotiated a better rate on a mortgage for me than I could have done myself.
