Every time I go in, they do their utmost to help. Today they went beyond that. Was asking for a gas spanner, which they do not stock. Offered me all the options they had available but none satisfied me. So they gave me options for two possible local retailers, (one of which, supplied exactly what I was looking for). Very helpful staff.

Just visited your Carlisle store , we were half an hour early as my husband thought it opened at 8am not 8.30. As we sat parked Malcolm who was already working saw us and came out. We advised we’d come to make a purchase but were too early this was no trouble to him he asked us in locking the door behind us and sold us our generator and we were on our way before the shop should have been opening. Very helpful and extremely courteous customer service at its best. Thank you Malcolm

Great range of stock in the Carlisle store. Went in for a £12 hammer & came out with a motorcycle lift, parts washer on a stand, bench polishing wheel and various ancillary items! Sam & Josh are tremendous salesmen - knowledgeable and willing to work with us on getting the best price on the items we bought. Well done guys, very happy customers.

Both Malcolm and Jack have been the most helpful and polite shop assistant/manager they assisted in helping lift a 150kg Compressor into out trailer - with extra help from the workmen outside would recommend this store
