I had a fairly large order of doors to sort urgently with a short deadline and he was really knowledgable, great to speak with, quick to act and got the job done superbly for me. After a bad experience trying to sort the same thing elsewhere, Blake was a life saver and I couldn't appreciate his efforts more as he kept me updated and explained the process so well despite my changing things a few times! Recently had my kitchen from here. Have to say they are fantastic people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them, in the end I decided to purchase all my own appliances, this wasn’t a problem. The time line was spot on, when they said they were delivering the kitchen, they did. A couple of the doors arrived with damaged corners, these were very quickly replaced, no issues at all. Rob and his team were brilliant, thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending Magnet. If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to Magnet manufacturing plant and that would be, put protective corners on your cupboard doors, drawers etc you would save yourself a fortune.

Customer service was good initially and of course when they needed their money. Bought my kitchen but the measurements were short of true length of my kitchen ang l was told l need to join the worktop as they can't supply a longer length. I expected a call back with explanation but was told the staff involved rang in sick. I feel l was let down to an extent.

Update: Over a year on now, they aren’t been consistently helpful to a degree. I must thank especially their receptionist in Nottingham She agreed to fix my draw that broke independently when the company could not but wanted me to buy a whole individual cupboard set for a replacement.
