This review is true and based on my own experience with Maltbys in Bexhill on Sea. I was recommend to use this agent by someone as I am not local to the area and I have no regrets, very helpful and they all try hard and put much efforts to make clients happy. Gemma the branch manger helped me personally to resolve a matter which had nothing to do with them and it was about a tenant living in my flat who caused many problems for myself but with the help of Gemma things had been resolved.

I then decided to sell my flat for a long time but didn't realise I will have obstacles in the way though I had many interests to buy it I had my own issue which was regarding my name change which made complications throughout any transaction. A small tip from me to other sellers/buyers I recommend everyone has all the right paperwork before proceeding any sale.

Since the beginning of last year everyone at Maltbys were great I would like to persoanlly say thank you to Sian for all her hard work and dedication who went out of her way on numerous occasions to check my property as I am not local, chase the solicitors and dealing with my paperwork.
I would like to say thank you to Saffron on helping me with my forms and the sale of the property, she was professional and remained calm and patient always. Sian and Saffron you both worked very hard which I appreciate so much, we got there in the end this year finally!

I could write so much more regarding my positive experience and great points with Maltbys but this would be 5 pages long!
Gemma I would like to say a special thank you to you for not giving up on helping me with the sale of my property, and the endless issues I had from renting to selling it before coming to Maltbys, though there were so many complications on the way you remained so calm and professional your dedication and hard work made this happen for me and I am forever grateful.

Absolutely appalling company.
I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.
