I have recently bought a used car from Mangoletsi. Not a process I go through very often. I have been very happy with the service I received from the salesperson, Tony Harrison who was very helpful and supportive throughout the purchase. He was approachable and answered all questions in a helpful and constructive manner putting me at ease. Tony was knowledgeable, and where he didn't have an immediate answer, he committed to get one, which he delivered, keeping me informed throughout. I came away with the feeling that he genuinely cared that I had found the car I wanted and that I was happy. I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Mangoletsi for new and used cars, the general manager Sam and his team have been superb in dealing with a difficult situation created by an ex employee who is no longer with the business.

The ex employee's miscommunication and lack of professionalism due to his defective personality left both parties in a difficult situation, when I raised this with Sam he couldn't have been more helpful and efficient in rectifying the problems.

Sam and his team were excellent communicators, professional at all times and delivered excellent service.

I purchased a 4.5 year old Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Mangoletsi back in April, and have not received the level of after-sales service expected from a ‘reputable’ dealership like Mangoletsi.

I live in Scotland and made the 4 hour trip to Cheshire to collect the car, but on the drive back up north an oil pressure low warning light appeared on the dash. I would have expected this to have been already picked up, considering it had just been serviced and MOT’d. Anyway, at this point the customer service was ok and they arranged for the car to be picked up and a hire car for myself.

6-weeks later I got my car back and there was another issue - the external temperature sensor intermittently reading -4 outside, in June! This causes the A/C to blow out hot air, not comfortable! I have contacted Martin Scott (aftersales manager) and his team on a number of occasions by phone and email and been assured of a call back countless times, but I am still waiting. I know they have replaced components near where the sensor is located prior to the initial sale and believe the cases are linked, but my local dealership wants £180 to diagnose the fault, a cost I feel I shouldn’t be burdened with, considering I’d driven the car less than 20 miles before the fault appeared.

I am also still waiting to hear back from salesman Jake regarding a key to remove the tow bar, something which he promised I would have ‘by the end of next week’, back in April!

Overall sub-par service from a dealership that claims to make purchasing a car ‘as pleasurable as possible’.
