Phone, email and in person, they are welcoming and helpful. They seem to care about you as a person and not just as someone buying or selling. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mansell Mctaggart have been brilliant selling our shared ownership property! When we were initially deciding who to go with it was a no brainer to go with Mansells. A couple of estate agents turned us down before even looking at the property because of complexity of the sale.
We had a buyer within the first week of putting it on the market. Our first sale fell through so we had to put it back on the market and then again we had a new buyer 10 days later.
Although it has been a stressful process, Declan and the team have been nothing short of amazing and taking as much of the stress out of the situation as possible. Their organisation was excellent and their communication was very consistent. Whenever I called and whoever I spoke to, they always knew who I am, what was happening and always had an answer. I want to mention Declan here, who worked closely with me throughout the process, I'm very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, and dedication.

A few things I am especially impressed with: all the agents bothered to meet me in the beginning in person and took the time to understand our circumstances and all the details of our property, they were very polite to our children and was genuinely enthusiastic about working for us. They clearly took the time to vet each potential buyer so there was no time wasting and we did not have that many viewings at all before a solid offer was made. They were very active at chasing progress and updates on all parties involved and clearly knew what was happening up and down the chain.

Whilst it is very easy for any estate agent to seem very keen to work with you at the property valuation, I can honestly say Mansell McTaggart performed consistently at a high standard that was initially promised. I have no hesitation in recommending them at all.
