Best decision we made to go with this company, from the first message sent they have been welcoming and friendly, Stephen Dillon has been fantastic, nothing has been to much for him or his team, he has put us at ease every step of the way explaining everything to us in the process, anytime we had a question he was quick with his responses.

I first contacted Stephen 2 years ago to see what we would need to do and what we needed to improve to be in a position to buy a house.
He reviewed our financial situation and offered advice on how to become more lender friendly.
He has been in contact with me ever since and has been great from day one.
He always gave us a date that we would be able to apply for a mortgage.
As he has been in constant contact with us and constantly reviewing our situation and the mortgage market, we have today been fully approved for a mortgage and we are buying before the original date we agreed to try our luck at applying.
Stephen is first class, he is always available when needed, his knowledge is huge and he explains it in a way anyone could understand.
Ellie has been great too assisting Stephen where needed relaying information to us.

I would just like to thank Stephen for his hard work and dedication in acquiring me a new mortgage on a new property. I am a particularly challenging case due to the nature of my employment and overseas status. Generally, I would have simply avoided moving in order to avoid the stress of having to explain time after time to banks and brokers my situation.
