Avoid Marley Risk Consultants – Useless and Incompetent!

If you’re thinking of using Marley Risk Consultants, stay away! It’s been over a month, and they still haven't fixed my house issue. Their emails are a complete mess—confusing, unhelpful, and full of excuses. Every time I reach out, I get more delays and zero real solutions. Absolutely terrible service from what seems like a dodgy insurance company that doesn’t care about its customers. Would not recommend at all!

Absolutely disgraceful company representing Premier Guarantee. We purchased a new Rouse Home, and we have encountered numerous issues with the roof. Both Rouse and Marley Risk Consultants abdicated any responsibility for the faults. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.
Avoid Rouse, Premier Guarantee and Marley Risk Consultants as they are all after one thing your money, they couldn’t give a toss about you, or your property

These people need to be gripped by someone. We’ve had outstanding claims and complaints for 15 months. They don’t respond and they are just there to inflict misery on the everyday person. Communication is non existent.

Judging by the previous reviews their service hasn't improved. We're finding problem after problem in a 4 year old house due to very poor workmanship/work not to regulation, and MRC's complete lack of communication and unhelpful attitude is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The business is a con.

Absolutely shocking company. Claims made on a 10 year warranty on a new build property. Property is only 5 years old with structural damage due to poor workmanship at the time of building. Claim was rejected. God help you if you have this company dealing with your warranty. Not worth the paper it is written on.

Agree with all these reviews. They ask for information piecemeal which strings out claims, rather than explain everything they will need during the first point of contact. They do everything they can do be as unhelpful as possible. An appalling company. I hope you never have the misfortune of your LABC warranty being managed by this company
