I had misfortune to deal with Marquis for many years. Their management of our block of flats was inadequate. Impossible to get response. Financial reporting shambolic. Thankfully now sacked and a new managing agent appointed. From my experience best to avoid.

I was directed to Marquis and Co by RICs (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) as a local firm which could provide 30 minutes of free advice as part of RICs Boundary dispute helpline service. I found Michael to be very helpful and informative and he explained the process and legal requirements around party wall agreements to me. If I needed a surveyor in the future I would be happy to employ their services.

Whilst it seems they are good at surveying from reviews . Do not use for property management as it is ver they are not.

They lost funds. Couldn't provide accurate statements. Waited 3 months to get a statement then recieved an incorrect statement the next three times. They over charged. They were rude. Ask yourself why they no longer take reviews on their Web page and why a company that is over 20 years old has less than 20 reviews. I was literally brought to tears with how they managed us rude doesn't cover it.
