We have been using MFS for many years now and honestly cannot recommend them highly enough; nothing is too much trouble for Chris and the team and any questions you have are answered promptly - even out of normal working hours. We have recently remortgaged with Marshwood again and Grace has been fantastic. With the fallout from the mini budget, Grace immediately worked hard to secure us a deal in anticipation of rising interest rates but still worked tirelessly to keep finding us a better rate for the entire 6 months prior to our old fixed rate mortgage expiring. She literally saved us thousands and nothing was too much trouble. The absolute dedication of this firm is truly commendable. Thank you all.

Fabulous service from Grace at MFS. Was able to advise about remortgaging before our contract came to an end which saved us a lot of money as interest rates were rising rapidly. She explained our options, ran through them so we could see the costs and provided really balanced advice. The process itself was smooth, and questions we had were always answered promptly. I thought remortgaging would be stressful but we felt in really safe hands, will be contacting them again when it's time to remortgage in future.
