After a long search to find a flat with many other agents for about 3 months, I found Martin and co, where they provided flat within 2 weeks. Martin and co lancaster is very easy to approach, Caitlin is very friendly, she responds to the email quickly and calls back if she couldnt pick up. I rented a place using this company, and Caitlin was absolutely brilliant! She was professional: responsive, clear about everything, and when there were some issues when I first moved in she took care of them right away. To this point (I got the house keys and currently I'm dealing with some issues) she was helpful and amazing.
PS: the missing star is due to the current issues with the apartment, not Caitlin's professionalism.

EDIT: when I moved out I accidentally payed a month's rent more, as the bank order wasn't cancelled in time. When I contacted her she said she asked the owner to give the money back, (but of course they never did). A couple of weeks later I presented a solution, and she said she'd run it with her manager and she would get back to me in 48 hours. Since then I heard nothing from her or anyone in their office. I sent them repeatedly letters, and while there was proof they were being delivered, no answer came back. Eventually I had to contact the property's ombudsman, where they had the wrong ombudsman at their website, to take my money back 8 months later.

Overall: ok experience, ups and downs in terms of checking the "happenings" in the property and responsiveness, but be careful to cancel the bank order in time!!!

When I signed the contract I asked if I could move into the property ASAP they worked extra hard to make this possible.
