I was recommended Nick by my neighbors, but unfortunately, I fell for the sales pitch of another estate agent, wasting six weeks before bringing Nick on.

Immediately, Nick generated interest and booked multiple viewings (the initial estate agent, Woolley & Wallis, had achieved zero viewings in the previous six weeks). In a tough market, Nick managed to secure a buyer. Although it wasn’t perfect, I needed to complete the sale as soon as possible since I had taken a job in Edinburgh and already wasted time and money with the previous agent.

Nick is a pleasure to deal with. He understands the market and manages expectations well.

If you’re planning to sell in Ringwood / New Forest area, I couldn’t recommend Nick enough. He has a professional, no-nonsense approach and, most importantly, he gets the job done.
