I have only sadly come into contact with this firm via letters received by me from Katie Woodcock whom is representing a client that has to speak with me, her letters to me are unprofessional, uncaring, and demanding. When she makes a mistake there is no apology , and she seems unable to send out a receipt when she receives money . I think further training is required , especially when she is dealing with bereaved relatives. I would never ever use this firm, so sad I have to deal with them at all.
