First impressions are not good at all. I enquired if the company was looking for any new clients. Was told curtly told no. I then asked if they knew of any other companies that they could recommend. The phone was then hung up.
Civility and manners cost nothing.
I do not know if it was my accent the woman was having issues with, but in all honesty, I am glad they are not as I would not wish to deal with someone like that.
Their loss is definitely another company's gain.
