I was very sceptical when using them. However they came through for me and I'm please with my results. Offered me a credit hire bike and I declined as I didn't need it. But the repairs on my vehical were done promptly

Absolute disgrace of a company, had an accident in june and McCams took the bike for repairs. The bike was returned over 2 months later and would not start. The repairers had said that it was an ignition problem and not as a result of the accident. The switch must have been removed when the handlbars were replaced. When i looked at the switch they had cut the wires and taped them back up. The crash bars have put on crooked so they are rubbing on the plastics. Clocks put back on crooked. Handlebar cover and rear stand bung supposed to have been replaced but just cleaned. I have also found today that the bolts for the fuel tank have been removed and not put back. This has been going on now for over 3 months. I have an unsafe bike and nobody from this company has appologised or seems to care. I am paying tax and insurance for a bike I cant even start.

Extremely disappointed with the service of this company. My partner and I raised a claim with mcams on the day of our accident. We were constantly chasing them for next steps, daily! We sent all the info they asked for over promptly, two weeks later, our ‘account manager’ who we had found out was on annual leave, finally got back to us and told us that we could not move forward with our claim because it had passed 10 day deadline.
They took no responsibility for their fault at all.
There was no cover, no organisation. I would not use them again and i surely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Used this company on recommendation and I'm pleased that I did. Had a motorcycle accident which wasn't my fault. They sorted out a replacement hire bike for me straight away and their solicitors then worked on my case. Great outcome with personal injury payment as well. Good communication from all involved. Very impressive all round. I would definitely use them if the accident wasn't any fault of yours.

I hired mcamms as I only had fire and theft and my insurance were extremely unhelpful when someone wrote off my bike. i dont understand how insurance claims work and was not interested in dealing with the third parties insurance company myself. they did all the work and got me a hire bike very quickly. they also managed to get my compensation quickly and loss of earnings. ive been in this position before when someone damaged a different bike and the process took a very long time and i never received loss of earnings and had to keep chasing. cannot recommend enough if you're in the same position as me. it takes all the hard work away from you and all you have to do is sign a bit of paperwork. Thanks ?

On my first accident I was given a motorbike with all accessories (do disc lock). All was good. This time on my second accident the bike given to me has no leg cover and no muffs as McAMS explained me other drivers take this accessories away. In the contract says winter accessories are included.
Now I have to ride my hire bike without those accessories risking to get wet and cold that make my job unsafe.
I'm very unsatisfied with the service they provide to me in this case.
