To this day 22/05/25 MCP have still refused to assist in any regard or address illegal driving practises of their drivers.

I woke up to ALL my firearm's going off, I investigated to find out a plasterer WHO WAS NOT EVEN working on my flat had created a THICK coating of dust inside my residential block and INSIDE MY FLAT. I immediately contacted the plasterer and asked for his supervisors number. His supervisor DONNA was extremely unprofessional, Advised she would ask her boss to call me and then ignored my follow up calls and failing to call back.

The useless MCP plasterer then left abruptly... in... a van with yellow parking tickets displayed illegally in the window (NA23 JXP) the entire floor is in complete shambles with a thick layer of PAINT and dust coating much of the building.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with MCP Company. After contacting them to fix a sink issue, it took nearly four months for them to address the problem. During this time, I was without hot water, which caused considerable inconvenience.

When the engineer finally arrived, not only was he unprofessional, but he was also rude and disrespectful. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, he resorted to shouting at me, implying that I didn't understand what "hot" meant. His behavior was completely unacceptable.

Furthermore, the quality of the work done was subpar, leaving me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of. Overall, my experience with MCP Company has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against using their services.

Had these come out to fit a new bath and side panel in my council flat bathroom. Took a day off work for this job to be completed. Plumber arrived did a good job but informed me he could not fit side panel. I told him I had taken a day off to have the work completed on 19th. 23rd and nothing heard rang phone number and stated they did not know about a side panel!!!!. Not impressed they said First day available in 7th of May. Great service another days holiday needed because of there 70s 1 man 1 job policy. Runnymede need to look at there property companies as soon as possible.

Absolutely terrible and useless company how Network homes keep them on is beyond me. Reported a leak for an outside pipe that whenever the bath/shower, tap or toilet were used it would leak considerably... MCP agreed to replace whole pipe but after coming round 3 separate times to take photos even though we provoded photos when the initial complaint was made and not do any actual work they then came a 4th time and decided only to replace part of the leaking pipe & as expected the pipes still leaking... they came again after further complaints & once again to take photos... now have to book off a 6th day to get it sorted... be nice to know who at Network homes is getting a back hander to keep this pathetic useless company on the books.

Embarrassment of a company.

I have Had hot water issues for a year !!

14 visits and still not corrected. To be told in September 2023 I need a new tank fitted. An appointment was then made on 16/01/2024 !!
4 month wait with no hot water !! With 2 kids 10-12 living in the house !!

Then came 16/01/2024. Have taken the day off after MCP have text me to confirm my booking a day previous.

Costing me money by being off as well as the monthly local gym memberships I have had to take out for my family to use shower facilities in this time !!!

1.5 hours after an engineer was meant to attend I get a call to say the engineer has called in sick !!!

Is this company taking the p*** !!.

Would avoid this shambles of a company who shouldn’t be allowed to even trade let alone take money of councils to carry out work they simply cannot do !!
