Worked with Merican for almost 7 years now - a fantastic accountancy firm.

Relationship has evolved from simple end of year accounts to VAT returns, full bookkeeping service and even support with personal financial matters.

Very impressed with service levels. Graham has been fantastic from the get go - and more recently Leo has been a key point of contact for the bookkeeping and is super efficient and seen as an extension to the team.

No complaints would highly recommend.

I wouldn't engage with this company not even if it was free. They overpromise and underdeliver. The level of communication is way below any decent standards and The work was done poorly. A total waste of time and money. Also, there are no reviews for my previous accountant engagement that lasted a very long time but It is very good to know about your intent to discredit your clients when they dare to complain and leave an authentic review, that says it all about how you operate and your inability to take responsibility for the damage caused. I would not recommend!!

Highly recommended. Great service from Jake and the team. Jake always takes time to explain tax issues and procedures (in the simplified terms I need!) and responds quickly to queries. Won't be going anywhere else.
