My mother went in for respite, she has been contented to be there, so much so that we are hoping to secure a permanent place. The atmosphere is elevated by the cheerful efficiency of the staff. Bright rooms, dining and leisure rooms are homely. A program of the week’s activities welcomes all who want to participate. Birthdays are celebrated, along with cultural festivals. Solar heated for a sure toasty winter. An accessible garden awaits summer visits. I enjoy visiting my mum, and then knowing she is well cared for in my absence.

When we celebrated St Patrick's day with the residents at the care home, we saw so much joy and happiness. Everyone was dressed up and looked after really well. The activities coordinator made sure everyone was involved and had a good time. It was a great experience that I will never forget. I hope in Italy where I live, I will be able to find a place like this for my parents when I need to.

Im an engineer and I have been to this care home several times and the staff are so welcoming , so on top on Residential care , The manager Louise and the deputy manager have got so much focus on Residential care it’s brilliant to see two individuals that love their job and take it very seriously. I can’t wait till I’m old enough to be put into such an amazing care home .

My mother Elma was a resident at Middlesex Manor after suffering a stroke. Will keep the details respectfully private. Suffice to say I was stressed, confused and conflicted. The care home was recommended by a few family friends. First call, I spoke to the wonderful Maral who was extremely empathetic, caring, informative and very professional.

Eventually we got mum into the care home after navigating the waiting list. Middlesex Manor is very popular.

The whole team (Fun Carers, Nurses and the wonderfully energetic Activities leader) worked together to ensure my mother and other residents were as comfortable as possible. Including lots of activities to help keep her and them stimulated.

Manager Louis was always visible, accessible and keen to help if I had any queries.

The rooms are simple, suitable and the garden is great.

Everyone will have a view of the place from their own perspective as the journey is bespoke and unique. This is just the view from my partner Christine and I.

Went to visit as my mother needs end of life care. As soon as I walked in I knew I liked it. We were greeted warmly and shown around by Ria she showed us absolutely everywhere. All the staff were smiling and there was a happy atmosphere throughout, it felt as much like a home as it could do, very light and airy. The residents also seemed happy, one group were singing along to Elvis Presley songs. When I meet, the manager, Louis it made me realise even more this was the home for my mother. He knew my name and when asked my mother's name I was shocked when he said 'Oh, yes I received an email about her yesterday.' This just shows how professional and caring they are, after a really bad experience at the first one we went to I felt I didn't need to vist anymore after seeing Middlesex Manor.

My mother has been in this care home for 3 years and is very well looked after. I am very happy with Middlesex Manor Care Home. The staff is very caring, comforting and fully understanding of her needs. There are a lot of fun activities to keep her engaged and they encourage her to do the things she likes to do to keep her happy. I find the home very welcoming and always responds positively to any concerns I may have. This is a good example of an aspiring care home. WS

Went to see Middlesex care home to enquire about potential placement for our client and the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is smiling including the residents. Looking forward to come visit again.
