We used Middleton's Lancing office to sell our home for us because as they are a relative newcomer, we had hoped for good service, where things were not going to be too much trouble & we certainly were not disappointed.
Quite honestly we couldn't have wished for better service from every member of staff we dealt with & would especially like to thank Stephanie, seeing our sale safely through to it's conclusion.
The enthusiasm from Richard Heasman in particular was astounding, we were incredibly well looked after from the word go, ably assisted throughout by both Ricky & Taylor.

Ricky Heaseman in the Lancing branch has been guiding me through the process of purchasing a new property. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
We have just exchanged on our new home in Lancing, bought through Middleton's. We initially dealt with Ricky, who was so helpful, incredibly responsive and very straight with us, dealing with him was incredibly reassuring. Kayla then took over the progression of our purchase and was just brilliant. She worked tirelessly on our behalf communicating between the solicitors, seller and us and made sure we were always kept informed. If she was out of the office, she let us know and made sure her equally helpful colleague Lyndsey took over so things kept moving.
Honestly, the whole team at Middleton's have been a delight to work with from the outset.

We first dealt with Middleton Estates when looking to move to the coast. We used their home search service and they very quickly found our dream home! They really understood what we were looking for and were very helpful and responsive. They also sold our home on the first weekend of being on the market and got us over the asking price. Absolute delight to work with Middleton Estates! I was greeted on the phone by Ricky who couldn't have been more helpful. We knew what we wanted and the price range and was so helpful picking out a few properties he had on his books and talking me through them. His knowledge of the area and market was great and he had a lovely cheeky character to match! He seemed more interested in finding me the right property rather than just showing me what he had and he was always on the other end of the phone when we wanted him!

He wasn't able to meet us at one of the properties as I can imagine he is in high demand but I was greeted by Kayla at the property who was just as lovely as Ricky!

If you are unsure about anything or just want to know more about Lancing these guys are the agents to see!
