We paid for the passport service so we knew that we had full assurance that it was done correctly!
My Son's photo has been rejected three times now by the passport office and cannot travel with us due to this, I have tried calling midsomer norton branch but cannot get through, we paid for a service that has failed, I know I can be assured that 1.won't get any compensation and 2.won't get a response from the post office!!

Went in to get my vehicle tax code sorted served by a really friendly post office worker she knew exactly what she was doing and got it sorted really quick i had no idea how to do any of it or what was needed and she explained what happens as she was sorting it I really appreciated her help and hope to be served by her on future visits so I know anything I need will be sorted without any problems or confusion

It's good when it's not closed for no reason on their opening times, double checked the royal mail and post office websites before I left home. I sent a complaint to royal mail about it, because it's not the first time.
