Highly recommend Mighty Student Living and their excellent team. I've been looking for an accessible 1 bedroom flat or studio in Lancaster which proved to be very difficult. Due to a chronic health condition, I needed a flat without stairs and in close proximity to Lancaster University. Nicola provided outstanding support throughout my search - her excellent professional advice, prompt responses via phone and email, and genuine care in helping me find a range of accessible options are unparalleled. She helped to schedule the viewings at short notice and provided excellent advice on additional issues such as counncil tax considerations, guarantor options and helping me to find an additional room to bridge the time in-between renting suitable flats.

I have been letting properties through Mighty House since 2017. Initially personal attention was a big plus from Peter and his team, but with a big expansion in student letting, management were spread thin. However over the last year or so Mikey & Sam got involved and they apply the same level of interest in the properties that the owner has. Consequently we've done a lot of upgrading works to get the houses into tip top condition, which hopefully the tenants will appreciate too.
